| 摘 要： | 教育管理学经过20年的发展已成为一门独立的学科.但在其体系建构中尚存在问题.本文从研究对象、概念体系、研究范式和理论基础等四方面对教育管理学的体系构建进行分析.高等教育管理学研究对象是高等教育.体系内外环境中各因素之间的关系;概念体系可分为三大模块即基本元素层次概念、理论层次概念、操作层面概念;研究范式还处于前范式阶段,研究范式还未成熟;高等教育管理学的理论基础是教育学、组织理论和管理学及教育哲学.这四者紧密联系构成一门独立学科体系.

This paper makes an analysis of the theoretical system construction from the following four aspects: the study object, the conception system, the research pattern and theoretical basis. |
