关于建设长阳土家族自治县交通经济带的思考

本文以长阳土家族自治县为例开展了民族地区交通经济带的研究。认为长阳县交通等基础设施落后,工业基础薄弱,城镇辐射力差,带状经济远未形成。在忠武天然气、沪蓉西高速公路、宜万铁路“三大通道”即将贯通该区域和实施清江航道振兴工程的前提下,伴随着立体交通网络的构建、城镇群的成长、产业带的合理规划,长阳县有望形成沿路型、沿江型两条交通经济子带。

Reflections on Building Traffic Economic Belt in Changyang Tujia Autonomous County

This paper makes a study of building traffic economic belt in ethnic areas by taking Changyang Tujia autonomous county as the example.It is pointed out that traffic economic belt in Changyang has not taken shape because the infrastructure there lags behind,industry is weak-based,and the radiant force is not powerful.After the "three passages"-Zhongwu natural gas,Hurong expressway and Yiwan railway-are built,three-dimensional traffic network is completed,and clusters of cities and towns come into being and industrial belts are planned reasonably,the two traffic economic belts-one is along the road,the other along the river-will come into being.
