| 摘 要： | 随着全面建设小康社会方针的提出,西部民族地区的发展问题愈显重要.本文旨在分析西部民族地区生态建设过程中出现的一系列误区,并对走出误区进行尝试性的探讨.提出以可持续发展为西部民族地区建设的指导原则,建立起政府、文化、科技、教育的多元化支持系统.

| Abstract: | After the guideline of building a well-off society in an all-round way was put forward, development of ethnic areas in west China became more and more important. This paper makes an analysis of the "area of error" in ecological construction in ethnic areas of west China. It is pointed out that sustainable development is the guideline for building these areas and the building should be supported by the government in such fields as culture, science, technology and education. |
