| 摘 要： | 法律的良善性是法律内在的精神、理念，是法律成为法律的根据和前提，是法治的精神支柱。本文认为，良法是法律的形式良善性和实质良善性的统一，而法治就是形式良善性和实质良善性统一的良法之治。
