| 摘 要： | 以江泽民为核心的中国共产党第三代领导集体在新的历史条件下,进一步阐明了民族区域自治的本质内涵和重要地位,加强了民族区域自治的法制建设和自治机关建设,以实施国家发展战略促进民族区域自治.大力培养民族地区的干部队伍,从而把民族区域自治推向一个新的发展阶段。

| Abstract: | Under new historical cicumstances, the third generation of the CPC leadership headed by Jiang Zemin makes further clarification of the essential characteristics and important place of the regional autonomy of minority nationalities, and strengthenes its legal system and its organ of self-government, and promotes its development by enforcement of the developmental strategy of our country, and make great efforts to train the cadres in minority national areas, thus pushes it forward to a new developmental stage. |
