| 摘 要： | 三峡库区民族地区是长江中游最重要的生态区,但其工业经济发展比较滞后.文章认为,必须建立能够促进生态、资源、环境、经济协调发展的工业生态经济体系,以资源和市场优势为指导,建立绿色食品加工业、卷烟及其配套产业、林纸一体化产业、水电-矿冶产业、药材-医药-化工等五大支柱产业,积极进行资源环境管理制度的创新,设计和建立生态工业示范园区.

| Abstract: | Three Gorges ethnic areas are the most important ecological region in the middle reaches of the Yangtze,where industrial economy development lags behind.It is necessary to build the industrial ecological economic system-building green food-processing industry,cigarette industry and its complete set of industries,forestry and papermaking industry,hydro-electric and mining industry,medicinal-pharmaceutics-chemical engineering industry. |
