| 摘 要： | 文章较为全面地分析了西部大开发过程中东西合作的模式和对策。作者认为，东西合作可采取“工业因式”模式、宁夏华西村模式、“桥梁”模式、前店后厂模式、流域经济一体化模式，东西部在发展资源互补性同时，要推进水平型合作，加强劳动密集型、资金密集型、技术密集型合作。此外，应加强西部人才开发，生态治理，克服东西合作的制约性因素。
