| 摘 要： | 对企业并购的控制是反垄断法的一项基本内容.当今世界正处于第五次全球性企业并购浪潮中,本文在分析这一经济现象的基础上,结合实际对我国反垄断立法中以下相关问题进行了探讨:我国是否需要在反垄断法中规定对企业并购的控制,跨国企业在华并购的控制,我国反垄断法关于企业并购控制的立法构想.

| Abstract: | Control of enterprise amalgamation is an essential component of anti-trust law. At present the world is in the wave of global enterprise amalgamation. This paper make an analysis of the following related issue-should China lay down rule to have a control of enterprise amalgamation in anti-trust laws? A proposal is put forward about anti-trust legislation for control of enterprise amalgamation. |
