| 摘 要： | 以毛泽东为主要代表的共产党人创立的新民主主义理论，包括新民主主义革命论和新民主主义社会论两大部分。前者是主要的或基本的，但不是唯一的，后者是第二位的，却是不可或缺的。两者共同构建了完整的新民主主义理论体系。新民主主义理论的创立和发展是马克思主义与中国实际相结合的毛泽东思想成熟和发展的标志，是中共党史上第一次理论飞跃的重大成果的体现。新民主主义理论是对马克思主义的独创性发展。

| Abstract: | The Neo-democratism created by CPC in which Mao Ze-dong is the maijor representive uncluded two parts-Neo-democratism revolution theor y and Neo-democratism social theory.The former is principal and basic but not on ly,The latter is the second but indispensable.Both of them construct the whole N eo-democratism theory system.the creation and development of it is an emblem of maturity and development of Maoism which combines reality with Marxism..And it e mbodies the magnificent result of the first theory leap in the CPC history.The Neo-democratism has developed Marxism uniquely. |
