| Abstract: | Implementation Essentials of Strengthening Citizens' Morality bestows brand new meanings on strengthening morality in institutions of higher learning. It is pointed out that at present time, it is necessary to recognize the bad effects of lack of norms in social morality, to absorb the essence of traditional morality and to strengthen the construction of teacher's professional ethics and learning climate. Therefore, the construction of morality will be pushed forward in pursuing scholarly work, cultivating talents, making use of personnel and handling financial matters. |
