| 摘 要： | 民族区域建制是中央政权在少数民族聚居地区设置的一种特殊地方行政建制。中国至少自秦王朝就开始设置民族区域建制,历代承袭,绵延未绝。这一制度对于中华民族的形成及其统一多民族国家的巩固和发展曾经发挥过重要作用,是中华政治文明的一项重要成果。开展和加强民族区域建制发展史研究,有助于更好地推进当代民族区域自治制度的发展。

| Abstract: | Regional organizational system of Chinese ethnic groups,which has been set up since the Qin dynasty,is a special administration system which is set up by central government in ethnic areas.This system once played an important role in formation and unity of Chinese nation,and consolidation and development of the multinational country and it is an important achievement in Chinese political civilization.Carrying out the study of development history of regional organizational system of Chinese ethnic groups will promote the development of modern national regional autonomy of ethnic groups. |
