| 摘 要： | 从内部供应链整合的角度提出了业务模式构建的两个相关因素：物流公司内部条件外部环境和物流公司现有业务,建立了基于内部供应链整合的物流公司业务模式构建模型。其中模型输入的可控变量是物流公司的业务,而模型作用机制过程包括甄选关键业务、创建增值业务和业务重组三个步骤。利用SWOT、价值链、波士顿矩阵和一些财务分析工具、内部供应链整合方法等进行构建物流公司的业务模式。通过案例研究,引用CY物流公司的案例验证了业务模式构建模型的可行性。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes two related factors for the building of a business model.The factors are internal conditions and external environment of the logistics company.Based on the internal supply chain integration,a business model has been built for the logistics company.In the model,the controllable input variables are the logistics company’s business and the process of the mechanism includes the selection of key business,creating value-added business and business restructuring.SWOT,Value Chain,BCG Matrix,some financial analysis tools,and internal supply chain integration methods are used to build the model.Through the case study of CY logistics business,the feasibility of business model building has been verified. |
