| 摘 要： | 我国高校高水平运动队经过20多年的建设与发展,取得了一定的成绩,通过对高校高水平运动队管理体制、管理模式及运行机制进行分析,总结了市场经济条件下我国高校办高水平运动队的部分经验与不足,对强化高校高水平运动队的有效管理模式及其可持续发展以及健全和完善我国高校高水平运动队管理制度,提高高校竞技体育水平提供有益参考。

| Abstract: | Through more than twenty years of construction and development,the high-level athletic teams of colleges and universities in China have achieved some successes.This paper analyses the management system,supervisor mode and running mechanism of the high-level athletic teams of our school,and summarizes the experience of our school on the construction of high-level athletic teams.This paper can provide useful reference to the sustainable development of high-level athletic teams of our school,improvement of management system and level of competitive sport. |
