建立健全国家文化安全机制探析

党的十七届六中全会强调指出,"当今世界正处在大发展大变革大调整时期,文化在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用更加凸显,维护国家文化安全任务更加艰巨"①在"深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣"的同时,建立健全我国的文化安全机制刻不容缓。本文从"强化内功"、"未雨绸缪"、"随机应变"、"法不容情"、"人才方阵"为切入点,阐述了对于建立健全创新、预警、决策、法制、人才五大文化安全机制的几点思考。

Analysis of Establishing and Improving the Mechanism of National Culture Security
