| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展，产业集聚的现象也越来越明显，并且在我国的经济增长中发挥着重要的作用。文章以河北省产业集聚和人力资本的积聚为例，详细分析了河北省产业集聚水平以及人力资本积聚的现状，并在此基础上构建了河北省人力资本流量与产业集聚水平的线性回归模型，研究了两者之间的相关性，据此提出了促进河北省产业集聚水平与人力资本集聚互动的路径。

| Abstract: | With China＇ s rapid economic development, industrial clustering phenomenon has become increasingly evident, and plays an important role in China＇ s economic growth. Taking industrial agglomeration and human capital accumulation in Hebei province for example, this paper presents a detailed analysis of the current development of industrial concentration and human capital accumulation. According to the data of Hebei Province, a linear regression model, which is about the flow of human capital and industrial concentration level, is built to study the correlation between the industrial agglomeration and human capital accumulation. Finally, an interactive path promoting level of industry concentration and the human capital accumulation is proposed. |
