| 摘 要： | 精品课程建设是更新教育观念、深化教学改革、提高教学质量和培养创新型人才的关键。明确精品课程建设的现实意义，确定精品课程建设的目标，突出精品课程建设的重点，创新精品课程建设的实践，是当前落实教育部2007年1、2号文件精神，实施高校教学质量与教学改革工程，推进精品课程建设，提高高校教学质量的重要举措。
