| 摘 要： | 分析初创期风险投资项目的风险特征,构建多层次模糊综合评价模型,对初创期风险投资项目的风险做出评价.风险企业可通过构建高效的创业团队,构建合理的组织结构等措施防范风险;风险投资公司可以采取"参与制"、"督导制",加强对风险企业的控制与监管,采取分段投资、组合投资、联合投资等措施降低投资风险.
