| 摘 要： | 对我国国有企业改革从三个方面作了全面反思和对策研究,提出国企改革应坚持社会主义市场经济的改革方向,以公有制为主体;提出以马克思经济理论的四个观点作为改革的理论基础,阐述了新的国企改革制度设计,包括:自主联合劳动企业经济、职工集体持股的股份公司、公有制企业分享经济运行机制。

| Abstract: | Reviews the reform of state-owned enterprises in three respects and studies the reform measures.It suggests that we should adhere to the socialist market economy in the reform of state-owned enterprises,take the four ideas of Marxist economic theory as the basis of reform.It expounds the new design of the systems:autonomous joint system,collective joint-stock company and public-owned enterprises with net profits shared by all the members. |
