| 摘 要： | 在现代理论中 ,社会发展的尺度与代价是个很现实的问题。单纯以经济为尺度的发展观已没有市场 ,而社会发展观特别是以人为中心的发展观日益受到重视。然而任何发展都必然产生正反两方面的效应 ,发展总是与付出的代价相联系的 ,因此衡量社会发展的尺度不能离开发展的代价而孤立地去研究

| Abstract: | In Modern theories the question of the yardstick and the cost of social development is very realistic.The developmental view simply judged economically is out of date.However, the developmental view of society,especially the human centered developmental view, is taken more and more seriously.Since every development has its positive and negative effect,the development is always related to some cost, so it is concluded that the yardstick of the social development can not be separated from the cost for the development and can not be studied in isolation. |
