| 摘 要： | 湘军内部关系一直复杂。胡林翼协调了湘军内部的各种关系 ,包括起用老湘军 ,重用罗泽南而使江西曾国藩脱困 ,协调彭杨关系等。协调好湘军将帅的内部关系 ,又成为湘军由弱变强的根本原因之一 ,其意义是十分明显的。本文既从人际关系上探讨了湘军的发展 ,又从湘军发展中的人际关系探讨了胡林翼所作的努力及其地位

| Abstract: | The relations in Hunan's Army were always complicated.Hu Linyi tried to coordinate the complicated relations in order to promote the status of Hunan's Army.First,he reinstated old Hunan's Army in order to strengthen Hunan's Army.Secondly,he put Luo Zenang in an important position in order to extricate Zeng Guofan who had been besieged in JiangXi province since the beginning of 1855.Thirdly,he coordinated relations between PengYuling and Yang Zhaifu,ect.From these,we can learn Hu Linyi's status in the development of Hunan's Army. |
