关于文化大发展大繁荣的几个问题

党的十七届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,是指导我国当前和今后文化发展的纲领性文献。这个文献所提出的文化建设上要"更加自觉、更加主动",体现了我们党一种崇高的思想境界、崇高的文化追求;而"文化自觉",则要求我们进一步认识文化的特点、属性、本质和发展规律,按照这样的科学认识去实践、去部署和推进文化体制改革;深化文化体制改革,则要在全社会形成和弘扬社会主义核心价值观。能否自觉认识中国国情,能否自觉统筹中国城乡文化发展,已经是衡量"文化自觉"的重要尺度。要建设社会主义文化强国,没有其他捷径,只能靠我们一步一个脚印,不断深化文化体制改革,增强我国的文化软实力。

A Few Questions about the Development and Prosperity of Culture

The "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues Pertaining to Deepening Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Great Development and Flourishing of Socialist Culture" passed at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth CPC Central Committee(October 18,2011) is a programmatic document for guiding China’s current and future culture development.The demand to promote the great development and flourishing of socialist culture "more purposefully and actively" in culture construction embodies our Party’s high stature,and lofty pursuit of culture;and "cultural self-awareness" requires us to further understand the characteristics,the attributes,the essence and the development law of culture,and to practice,deploy and promote,cultural reform in accordance with this understanding whereas deepening reform of the cultural system demands a concept of socialist core values to be formed and promoted throughout the whole society.Whether or not we can understand China’s basic situation and whether or not we can consciously plan in entirety the urban and rural cultural development have already become an essential standard to measure our "cultural self-awareness".To build a country with a strong socialist culture,we have no shortcut but to gradually deepen our cultural reform and strengthen our cultural soft power step by step.
