高师院校大学生学习状况调查与对策研究

采用自编的“大学生学习状况调查表” ,进行学习适应状况调查。结果表明 ,高师学生的学习适应状况处于中下水平 ;在学习态度、学习策略和学习环境等方面表现出不同的适应特点 ,而且呈现出专业、年级的差异。因此 ,高等教育尤其高等师范教育的改革迫在眉睫。只有从思想教育、课程设置和体系、教学方法、考试机制、学习环境等诸多方面进行彻底的改革 ,方能切实有效地提高大学生的学习效果

Survey and Counter- Measure Study of the Learning of Students in Higher Teachers'Schools

A survey was conducted by adopting the self compiled questionnaire on the learning of college students.Results showed that the adaptation of students in higher teachers' schools was not satisfactory,in the medium and lower grade;learning strategy and environment presented different characteristics,and the difference between specialties and grades.Therefore,reform has to be carried out.Only by conducting thorough reforms in morality education,curriculum and system,teaching methodology,examination devices and learning environment,can effective learning be realized.
