| 摘 要： | 为了了解大学生择业自我效能感的总体状况及影响因素,采用修订的《大学生择业自我效能感问卷》中文版对六所高校的905名大学生进行调查。结果显示：大学生具有中等偏上水平的择业自我效能感;大学生择业自我效能感在不同性别、是否班干部、有无实践经验、不同年级上均存在显著差异;大学生择业自我效能感在不同专业、是否独生子女和不同家庭所在地上无显著差异。

| Abstract: | In order to know the situation and influencing factor of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the university students,we use the revised CDMSE Scale to survey 905 university students of six universities.The results show that,(1) the level of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the university students is better than the middle level.(2) There is an obvious difference of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the university students due to their gender,class cadre or not,practical experien... |
