戴季陶的早期国家思想与笕克彦

戴季陶的早期国家思想中包含着较多的时代因素。在理论上他的国家思想直接来源于他的日本老师笕克彦。他信奉笕克彦的自由意志说，否定国家契约说。他认为后者缺乏现实的依据。戴季陶在吸收笕克彦的国家理论的同时并没有完全照抄，在国体和国家目的等方面，他的思想具有一定的独立性，在民初的思想界有其存在的价值。

Dai Jitao's Early Thoughts and Jian Keyan

Many an dement of his time is involved in the early thoughts of state of Dai Jitao. Theoretically, his thoughts of state come directly from that of Japanese teacher Jian Keyan. For he believes in the latter＇ s doctrine of free will, but does not believe in the doctrine of state as a contract, regarding this doctrine as lacking the basis of reality. Dai Jitao, however, has not copied the thoughts of Jian Keyan while absorbing his state theory. That is to say that his thoughts are relatively independent, and therefore have their right to exist during the early period of the Republic.
