| 摘 要： | 教师伦理主要包括教师制度伦理和教师德性伦理。二者之间的关系,不是强制性与自觉性、他律与自律的对立关系。从根本上提高教师的伦理水平,不能单靠教师制度伦理的强制性约束,而应正确把握教师制度伦理与教师德性伦理的关系,搞清教师德性伦理的结构体系,建立教师德性伦理的运行机制。

| Abstract: | Ethic of teachers mainly includes institutional ethic and morality ethic of teacher.The relations between them are not opposite relations of compulsion and self-consciousness,heteronomy and self-discipline.To improve the teachers' ethic level by the roots is not dependent on compulsive constraint of teachers' institutional ethic.We should rightly master the relations between institutional ethic and morality ethic of teachers,clarify the structural system of morality ethic of teachers and construct the running mechanism of it. |
