教师效能感研究述评

摘    要:教师效能感可分为一般教学效能感和个人教学效能感 ,教师的实际教学经验、观察榜样教师教学获得的经验、社会劝说和教师自身的情绪等 ,是影响其形成的基本因素。新手教师和有经验的教师的一般教学效能感和个人教学效能感都可以通过教学实践锻炼、观摩教学、社会劝说等方式加以改变与发展 ,从而对教师的教学行为和学生的学习行为产生重要影响。关于教师效能感的构成、发展变化、迁移和测量等问题的研究 ,应是今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Teacher efficacy is one important topic in educational psychology. It consists of general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy. The basic factors influencing teacher efficacy include experience in practical teaching and gained from observing model teachers, social persuasion, and emotion, etc.Teacher efficacy of novice and experienced teacher can develop and change through teaching exercise, emulating models and social persuasion.It has important effects on teachers' teaching and students' learning. The future research of teacher efficacy should focus on the structure, development, transference, and measurement.
