学习动机的自我理论与研究

摘    要:学习动机的自我理论 ,主要涉及自尊、自我效能、自我概念、自我图式等理论与研究。学习动机的自尊研究 ,主要探讨了学生的自我情感或自我价值感对其学习的影响 ;自我效能研究主要关注了学生的学业能力自信对其学习策略的运用、学习的努力程度和坚持性的支配和调节作用 ;自我概念研究主要讨论和实证了更一般的学业能力评价和判断对其学业成就的影响 ;而自我图式研究则从更加微观的角度探讨了具体的可能自我对学生学习的调节和支配机制。

Abstract:Theory of self on learning motivation mainly involved in theory and research of self-esteem, self-efficacy, self-concept, and possible self. The research of self-esteem explored influence of affective self or feeling of self-worth on students learning. The research of self-efficacy focused on role of academic ability,self-confidence of students to promote and regulate the using of learning strategy, effort level and persistence. The research of self-concept mainly discussed and demonstrated the influence of general evaluation and judgment of academic ability on academic achievement. The research of self-schemas probed detailedly into the mechanism of specific possible self to control and promote the learning of students.
