关于完善新农村建设中乡村治理问题的思考

按照管理民主的要求,建立和完善新农村建设中的乡村治理体制机制,是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容和必要保障,是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要。这就要求必须因地制宜改革现有乡镇体制,完善基层政权对村管理模式,规范和完善村民自治制度,规范发展新型经济社会服务组织,以构建现代乡村治理新格局。
