Analysis of "Track Two" Diplomacy in International Political Relations

"Track Two" diplomacy is a special channel between official diplomacy and pure civilian intercourse ("Track Three"). Its outstanding character is non-official but with a conscious intention to influence official decision-making. By right of these advantages, it plays a special and important role on the international political stage. its rise is an inevitable outcome of contemporary international political devolvement. It offers us a new analysis framework and study paradigm, and is of important practical significance to optimize international political relations, increase trust, relax crisis and promote international political relations as well.
