| 摘 要： | 冷战后的全球化是在和平与发展成为时代主题、世界社会主义运动处于低潮的历史条件下推进的,它建立在以信息技术的运用为主要特征的新一轮科技革命的基础上,改变了世界政治、经济和国际关系的发展态势。全球化对当代世界的发展有积极和消极两方面的影响,有机遇,也有挑战。为了使全球化真正造福于全人类,需要构建和平、民主、平等的世界政治经济新秩序,实行全球治理,实现国际社会的民主化和可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Globalization after cold war is pushed forward on the historical conditions in which peace and development have become the themes of our era,while the universal socialism movement is in the ebb tide.Established on the basis of the new turn of technical revolution with the information technology utilization as the main characteristic,it has changed the development situation of the world's politics,economical and international relations.Globalization has exerted both positive and negative impacts on contemporary world development,providing it with opportunities,challenges as well.In order to cause globalization to truly benefit all the mankind,it is necessary to construct a new order of the world politics and economics of peace,democracy and equality,to implement world-wide government,and to realize international society's democratization and sustainable development. |
