| 摘 要： | 领土要素在国家起源过程中的核心作用 ,表现为它由氏族社会中区别不同部落的标志成功地转化为国家统治的强大工具。在中国早期国家阶段 (夏商周三代 ) ,运用“领土”这一政治工具对国家进行统治 ,表明领土观念有了质的发展 ,成为国家观念的主要表现形式之一

| Abstract: | The territory factor acted as core in the process of state origining.It changed successfully from the mark of distinguishing different tribes to the powerful tool of state ruling.During the early state in China,it demonstrated the territory concept had progressed to a new level that applied territory to ruling the state which had altered extremely on territory area,population quantity and race form. |
