说"孝"

“孝”作为一种伦理道德观念 ,在中国有悠久的历史渊源和深厚的社会基础。“汉以孝治天下” ,在家国同构一体的封建社会中实际是移孝作忠。这是中国古代政治思想和政治理论的一大特色。“孝”的内容在历史发展过程中不断得到丰富和发展 ,但其基本内涵仍不外“养”和“敬”二字。这应是传统的“孝”中属于精华的内容。在传统的“孝”中也掺杂有不少的封建性糟粕 ,其中最重要的便是愚孝 ,也是“孝”的畸形发展。“孝”在中国有几千年的传统 ,我们对它不能简单地认为是封建遗孽而加以全盘否定。要“剔除其封建性的糟粕 ,吸收其民主性的精华” ,总结历史经验教训 ,结合现实 ,既要大力发扬其中养老敬老的传统美德 ,又要强化法律对不孝的制约。这对于增强现代家庭凝聚力 ,促进社会和国家的稳定 ;对建设社会主义精神文明 ,进而全面建设小康社会都具有积极的意义。

Filial duty" as an ethical concept has a long history and deep social foundation in hina."The Han dynasty governed the country by the filial duty."In the feudal society which families nd the country had the same structure, the filial duty was regarded as loyalty, that it isthe one who as filial to his parents must be loyal to the monarch. This is one of the character istics of ancient itical thought and theory of china. The content of filial duty had been con tinually developed and had been became richer during the history development. But its basic connotation were "support" and "respect". Children not only supported but also respected their parents and satisfied their rents both in the matter and in the mental. This is the marrow of the traditional filial duty. While there was also feudal badness in which the abnormal development of the filial duty and caused umerous tragedies. In general, the filial duty had a history of thousands of years, we can't simply regard it is feudal bad legacy and deny its overall content. We should eliminate the feudal badness while absorb the democratic marrow, summing up experiences uniting pragmatic,propagating the traditional virtue of supporting and respecting parents while reinforce the punishment for infiliality by law. It takes significant to strengthen the polymerization of odern families, promote the stability of the society and the country, construct the socialist spiritual civilization and build a well-off society.
