王夫之诗学“声情”论析要

Analysis of the Idea of "Sound and Fmotion" in Wang Fuzhi's Poetry Theory

As one of the oustanding summerizers of ancient poetry theory, Wang Fuzhi paid considerable attention to the unity of poems and music, focusing on the study of the features and principles of the beauty of music in poems. He was the first theorist using "Sound and emotion" in his comments. The idea of "sound and emotion" is the logical extension of his proposition that "poems letting out emotions" . It semed to him that the beauty of "sound and emotion" was pleasant to both the ears and heart, and at the same the, letting out the emotions of both the poets and readers. The idea of "sound and dmotion" reflected Wang Fuzhi's best knowledge of aesthetic nature and style features in appreciating ancient poems.
