关于建立中韩自由贸易区的思考

建立中韩自由贸易区是加强两国经济合作、发展的重要形式,中韩两国领导层都对建立中韩自由贸易区持积极的态度。2008年5月《中韩联合声明》的发表,将中韩全面合作伙伴关系提升为中韩战略合作伙伴关系,使中韩关系实现了质的飞跃,建立中韩自由贸易区的研究进入新阶段,建立中韩自由贸易区的条件已经成熟。中韩两国应把建立中韩自由贸易区作为首选,确定合理的目标模式,遵循科学的原则,统筹规划,全面安排,在“10＋3”和WTO的框架内,在不断加强合作中建立中韩自由贸易区。
