| Abstract: | During the Spring and Autumn and Warring states period,eloquent speech became a great characteristic in the political and academic activities.Unique debate art of the debaters was formed in practice:the debates of diplomats were euphemistic and exact;the debates of tacticians were beautiful and colorful;Mohist debates had a strict logic;the debates of Confucian scholars were mellow and concise.The foundation of their debate art was built by generous scholastic accomplishment,firm belief and exquisite sophistry. |
