摘    要:知识经济正改变着企业组织结构化的基础。随着知识经济的到来,“知识的逻辑”将在企业制度结构中得到确认;传统的“层级结构”将改造成“网络化的层级结构”;而作为企业经营“副产品”哟“一元记忆型”企业文化则将被作为人们自觉行为结果的“多元学习型”文化所取代。

Abstract:Knowledge-based economy is changing the foundation of corporate structuring. With the emergence of knowledge-based economy, the "logic of knowledge" will be recognized in corpo- rate institutional structuring. The traditional "hierarchic structuring" will be transformed into"net- worked hierarchic structuring". The "monomnemonic" corporate culture, as the by-product of busi- ness operations, will eventually be replaced by the "multidimensional learning" culture as a result of People's conscious behavior.
