| 摘 要： | 《中文社会科学引文索引》（2000）具有下列意义、功能和特点:顺应国际趋势,适应我国社会科学评价的客观需要;设计思想先进,系统目标明确,数据结构合理;系统功能强,较好地实现了引文索引的两大基本功能;系统性能好,引得深度大,检索效率高,使用方便;认真吸取反馈意见,不断改进和提高;应用范围广泛,具有广阔的应用前景。因而,它是我国社会科学信息查询和社会科学研究水平和绩效定量评价的一种必要的大型工具,填补了这一领域的空白,具有重要的科学意义和实际应用前景。

| Abstract: | This paper evaluates the CSSCI (2000) concerning its significance, functions and characteristics from six aspects: 1) It conforms to the international trend and suits the objective requirements of Chinese social science evaluation. 2) It has advanced guiding principles of design, explicit system objectives and a reasonable data structure. 3) It has strong system functions, well carrying but the two basic functions of a citation index. 4) It has a good system performance, deep indexing, high search efficiency and user-friendliness. 5) It takes feedback seriously and improves continuously. 6) It has a wide field of application with good prospects. Based on a comprehensive analysis and evaluation, the authors think the CSSCI is a necessary tool of information inquiry and metrical evaluation in the domain of social sciences in our country. It has filled the gap in this field and has considerable scientific significance and practical prospects for application. |
