| Abstract: | Corporate culture is the soul of enterprise growth, and the core of this culture consists in the values recognized by the staff. The role of corporate culture in enterprise growth lies in its gene of transforming an enterprise by its own change, and thus radically renovates and reshapes the enterprise. The successful practices of GE have had a comprehensive and profound influence upon the construction of corporate culture in China. |
