现代科学技术的价值考量

科学的奋斗目标确定了科学的精神气质和科学工作的规范结构 ;科学的职业伦理规范是从分工和职责行使的角度引出的 ,科学的社会规范与科学的职业伦理规范是正相关的 ,而科学活动的基本伦理原则是客观公正性和公众利益优先性。科技与科技的运用和后果并非绝对分立 ,科技本身是负载价值的。当代科技主体在科技—伦理实践中的主动性和创造性 ,实质上体现了科技主体的责任。应当在当代科技与社会伦理价值体系之间建立缓冲机制。

An Evaluation of Modern Science and Technology

The aim of science determines the scientific disposition and the normal structure of scientific activities has also been underlined. The initiative and creativity from the subject of science and technology in the practice of science and technology and ethics,in essence,embodies the duty of the subject of science and technology. The buffer mechanism should be established between modern science and technology and the social ethic value system.
