"社区"及其相关概念辨析

社区、社区服务、社区管理等概念,目前在理论界和实践部门的使用频率都很高,但是却存在着不少歧见。“社区”是相对于“单位”和“政府”而言的,而不是相对于“社会”和“社团”而言的。“社区服务”包括具有福利性的社区福利服务和具有经营性的社区社会化服务。“社区管理”中必须认真处理好街道办事处、居民委员会、业主委员会和物业管理公司之间的相互关系。

Community and Its Related Concept

Such concepts as community, community service and community administration presently enjoy high frequency in theory and practice as well, in spite of the existence of many misunderstandings. What we refer to as "community" is "individual organization" and "government" rather than "Gesellschaft" and "Gemeinschaft ". "Community service" is referred both to community welfare service and profitable service in a community. Thus, in community administration, the interests of sub-district people's government, neighborhood committee, owners' committee and property management agent must be well balanced.
