论我国企业的商业伦理建设

随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的迅猛发展,我国企业管理正面临着许多新的问题,其中商业伦理建设对企业经营的重要性日益突出。商业伦理是在道德意义上指导企业经营者进行适当决策和行为的原则,企业经营者的决策和行为不仅要符合个人和组织的利益,而且也要符合整个社会的利益。只有建立规范的商业伦理,进行符合伦理要求的经营,企业才能在竞争中立于不败之地。

With further economic reforms and the rapid growth of the market economy, Chinese enterprises are faced with many new problems, among which, business ethics has proved its increasing significance to an enterprises operation and growth. Business ethics is the moral principles guiding enterprise managers in appropriate decisions and behavior, and these decisions and behavior should not only meet the interests of individuals and organizations but also the benefits of the whole society. Only with standard business ethics will an enterprise survive the increasingly intense competition.
