| 摘 要： | 商法制度是伴随着我国市场经济体制建立所形成的一个新的法律制度。中国商法制度的建立对于促进和完善中国经济体制改革、推动中国政治体制改革和民主法制建设的进步,对于转变人们的思想观念,建立起与现代市场经济相适应的新观念、新思维,尤其是建立良好的社会信用风尚都将起到重要的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The business law system is a new legal system formed from the establishment of the Chinese market economic system. The Chinese business law system will play an important role in promoting and perfecting the Chinese economic system reform, propelling Chinese political system reform and legal democratization, changing human ideology and values, forming new concepts and ideology suiting modern market economy and especially creating a good atmosphere of social credit. |
