| Abstract: | Because of the defects of system structure, problems exist in the Chinese technical innovation system in such areas as distribution of scientific and technological resources and coordination between various parties within the innovation system. Measures of institutional innovation and enhanced coordination between the various parties should be taken to improve the system. |
