| 摘 要： | 近20年来,城市社区正逐渐成为政府和学术界共同关注的领域,治理的概念和理论描述也被引入社区研究。实现社区治理结构的类型化是运用这一概念展开解释性研究的第一步。运用概念性构型方法,从治理网络扩展的方向和范围、协作的形式两个维度可以构型出社区治理结构比较的概念框架,在此基础上使用社区研究领域已经存在的实证资料以及在有关城市的调查对这一比较框架进行检验和修正,可以建构出城市社区治理结构的三种基本类型:传统型社区、协作型社区和行政化社区。
