创新教育是以培养人的创新精神和创新能力为基础价值取向的教育。在实施过程中,要更新教育观念,构建创新型教师群体,营造创造性环境;正确处理创新教育与素质教育、创新教育与创新管理、学生创新与教师创新、创新学习与接受学习的关系。

On Innovation Education in University

Innovation is the basic condition and key soul of the development in human civilization and higher education.During the process of carrying out this idea,we should renew the traditional ideas of education,construct the new type teacher's population,set up the environment of innovation.Meantime,we should properly deal with the relationship between innovation education and quality education,between innovation education and innovation management,between students' innovation and teachers' innovation,between innovation learning and receptive learning so that we can ensure that innovation education could develop healthily and smoothly.
