| Abstract: | Indebted school-running in china's institutions of higher learning has become a universal phenomenon. Indebted school-running brings great financial risks as well as rapid developments to colleges and universities. Correct understanding and timely prevention of financial risks are beneficial to the stable development of higher education. Management of debts has become a new problem the financial managers in the field of h.igher education are supposed to carefully deal with. |
