| Abstract: | Monroe was a well-known American educator in the world in the first half of the 20th century.He had managed the Advanced School of Education and the International Institute of Teachers College,Columbia University,directed and trained warmheartedly a large number of Chinese students.Many of them had become critical leaders in Chinese cultural and educational fields. |
