| 摘 要： | 中小学教师的工作满意度没有显著的性别差异,但存在明显的年龄差异。随着年龄的增长,教师满意度呈上升趋势,中老年教师的满意度最高。但教师对不同工作要素的满意度的变化趋势可能不同,其中“保健”因素可能呈“U”形发展。

| Abstract: | There is no gender difference on the job satisfaction of elementary and middle school teachers,but there is age difference.The older a teacher is,the higher satisfaction he has.The middle-aged and old teachers' satisfaction is the highest.The tendency of teachers' satisfaction may be different toward various job elements,in which the development of "hygiene" elements may appears as "U". |
