微量热法在酶促反应热动力学性质研究中的应用

Abstract:Determination of the kinetic properties of enzymic reaction,sueh as Michaelis constant,enzyme activity,observed velocity constant and activation energy with microcalorimetry have been discussed The total molar enthalpy of enzymic reaction,the activation free energy,activation enthalpy,and activation entropy of the composite process between enzyme and substrate are studied with microcalori metry in this thesis
