在文献出版与发行、读者需求、文献采访理念与技术、采访人员素质等方面都存在影响文献采访质量的不利因素。高校图书馆必须建立衡量文献采访的质量标准,提高采访人员素质,在搞好采访调研的基础上,制定科学的采访策略,并定期做好文献采访质量评估工作。
